White Squid / Sotong Putih / 白尤鱼
- Squids (Sotong) are simple to prepare & cook. You can fry them, boil them or braise them.
- However, just make sure that you get the right timing where you either cook them for only a short time or you cook them longer than 30 minutes if you want to avoid rubbery texture.
