Ikan Pari (Block 400-500g)
A good piece of stingray has flaky flesh, the meat is dense and yet gives off a nice flavour that some say is a cross between fish and lobster.
Also, you know that you have a fresh piece of stingray when it has minimal ammonia smell. Usually the longer you keep a stingray, the deterioration of its flesh will cause ammonia to be released.
