- The Golden Snapper or "Jenahak" has a lean, firm & flaky texture. The flesh is white, delicate, tender and has a mild sweetness taste. Very versatile in cooking, can be prepared either Teochew steam to bring out the freshness taste, cooked with Curry, Asam Pedas & much more!
The head of Jenahak, similiar like red snapper has a lot of meat & can go great inside curries, made into soup, or even just steamed with soy and ginger on its own.
